Prepping for 21 Day Fix – ROUND 2!

I am writing this blog from Utah (again). I am back for another 10 days to help my mom and dad, but am fully prepared to start my next round of 21 day fix when I return. If traveling back and forth has taught me anything, it’s that routines are my best friend! When I am out of my routine, my goals and plans go to the wind. I am a creature of habit, but am trying to stick to my goals as best as I can when I am on the run. I know that I may not be able to work out every day that I am here, so my goal for these 10 days is to drink my Shakeology every day. So far, I am 3 for 3.

In the week until my next round starts, I am mentally preparing myself so that I can literally CRUSH this round. I am thinking about how quickly spring and summer are creeping up on us, and I am getting a little, uhhh, nervous. I really want to feel comfortable in cute little sun dresses and crop tops this season, and where I am right now in my fitness level will not allow me to do that. I know that in order for me to meet my goals, I am going to have to work extra hard – especially in the nutrition department. That is what I struggle with the most. Those handfuls of chocolates here, and the soda or two there really add up and prevent me from being in the position that I want to be in, or rather, the clothes that I want to be in.

I am crossing my fingers that life won’t get in the way again this time, so that I can really get going on my summer body that I am dying to achieve. I think having friends supporting me who are on the same journey is a huge part to my success, so I would love to have you join me!!!!!!
