Every month, I host fitness challenges in a private challenge group on Facebook to help you ELEVATE your health + mind, and TAKE CONTROL of your LIFE!

Most workouts are 30 minutes per day or less… and there is even one that is only 4 days per week! Every workout program comes with a nutrition plan that is customized to your goals as well… including recipes, food lists, meal ideas, etc. This is completely customizable to you and your preferences (and has a vegan option as well)! You will be in my private accountability group with other ladies, who are going to be with you every step of the way as well. They are on the same mission as you and the support is priceless. You also will get a 30 day supply of a daily dose of dense nutrition that is packed with 70+ superfoods from around the world (in shake form) which will help you clean out your body so it can operate optimally and support a nutritious diet. Also, you get me as your complimentary coach to guide you every single step of the way, even after this group is over.
