Back in Virginia and back to my routine. I spent about 2 hours yesterday planning out each meal for this week so I know exactly what to eat and when, which will keep me full and out of the snacks! After grocery shopping, I portioned out my snacks for the week that I could and mentally reminded myself that by cheating I am only cheating myself. I am really going to commit to this round so I can get awesome results and be ready for spring!!!
My food today has been pretty good.
M1: Cafe Latte Shakeology
M2: 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt with honey and strawberries
M3: Grilled chicken salad with 2 tbsp ranch dressing… we were supposed to go home for lunch but my boss took the whole shop out to lunch so I did the best I could.
M4: celery with peanut butter
As long as I stick to the plan for dinner tonight, then I will say today will be a success.
Total body cardio fix tonight a.k.a. SWEATFEST!
