HAVE FUN Shaping Up for Summer


After finishing several high intensity programs in a row, I am ready to slow it down a little and do some low-impact exercises that are easy on the body (especially if you have sore knees or back), FUN to do so it is easier to find the motivation to get them done, great for ANY fitness level – which means yes, YOU can do them -, and they don’t require any equipment which means you can do them anywhere and on any budget.

Because my goals are different than yours which are different than hers, I am going to be doing PiYo (a yoga/pilates hybrid 8 week program) and others may be doing the newest dance workout program called YOUv2 (80s/90s dancing).
