In honor of completing my Ultimate Portion Fix Master Coach certification, I wanted to share a 3 day meal plan that is very similar to what I follow on a daily basis so you can get an “idea” of what it’s like to have a structured meal plan in your life. Learning the importance of proper portion sizes, why all food groups play a part in our health, and that what you eat accounts for 80% of your health/fitness goals has truly opened my eyes to how important each and every meal we eat is. I have also come to realize that information surrounding food can be O V E R W H E L M I N G, especially since most of what we were taught when we were younger has been proven to not be the best for our health these days.
Here’s the thing: it doesn’t have to be that way! The new Ultimate Portion Fix nutrition program breaks it all down, and uses science, nutritionists, health professionals, etc. to teach you how to eat for LIFE!
